1. Sending Your Flowers to Us

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email followed by detailed instructions on how to package and send your flowers to us safely. Please read these carefully as incorrect packaging can affect the quality of your flowers upon arrival.

When sending your flowers please include:

Your full name

Contact number

Order number

Flowers can be posted to us from anywhere in the UK using Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. This ensures your flowers arrive safely and can be tracked and signed for. You are responsible for the cost of sending your flowers to us. We cannot be held responsible for flowers lost or damaged in transit to us.

Flowers can also be dropped off in person by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable day and time. We are based in the Cwmbran NP44 area of South Wales.

2. Returning Your Completed Items to You

Once your keepsake is complete and you have approved your photographs we will dispatch your items via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Packaging

Every item is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.

4. Delivery Costs

We charge a flat rate of £5 delivery on all orders.

5. Delivery Times

Please note our general turnaround time is 6 to 8 months from receiving your flowers. This is separate from the delivery time of your completed items. Turnaround times may extend during busy periods.

6. Damaged Items in Delivery

If your completed item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sparklesbespokeresins@outlook.com with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a repair or replacement at no extra cost.

7. Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch notification please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. If you are based outside the UK please contact us to discuss options.
