While every care is taken while making your items trapped bubbles can develop from the flowers and air inside the resin while it is curing. Every care is taken to try an reduce this happening but can be unavoidable at times due to the nature of the resin and that these are handmade items you may have some imperfections.

To care for your items please keep out of direct sunlight as this can make the colour in your item fade over time. To clean or polish please only use a soft clean cloth.

Here at Sparkles bespoke resin we strive to give you the highest possible quality items using high quality resin which contains UV stabilizers which inhibits the resin from yellowing. However if you choose to keep your resin items in direct sun light your item may start to yellow more quickly all resin will slightly yellow over time but cared for in the correct way will delay and even prevent this from happening. Please do not also keep your flower preservation or art pieces next to any direct heat as this can also effect the quality of your item.

Sparkles bespoke resins does not hold any responsibility for any floral preservation items over the time scale of 6 months as we are unable to know how much direct sun light or uv exposure your items have had while in the possession of the client.

The fresher i receive your flowers the better quality they will dry. Please send 

 your flowers ASAP after your event to receive the best possible result with the drying of your flowers.

Fresh flowers must be sent special next day delivery.

Due to the nature of flower preservation some flowers can take longer to dry than the estimated delivery times so your order may take longer. You will be updated to when to expect your order and waiting times.

Please note we dry the the amount flowers that are needed for the items ordered we will pick out the best ones we feel are suitable for the item. We do not send flowers back with orders as once they are dried the are to fragile to send with the items ordered.
